Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Summary
Meditech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and quality-focused Raw Material Inward QC Executive to perform incoming quality inspection of raw materials, packaging materials, and bought-out components. The candidate will ensure that all incoming materials comply with company specifications and quality standards before being released for production.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform incoming quality inspection of raw materials, bought-out components, and packaging materials.
- Verify incoming materials against approved specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Check supplier documents such as COA, COC, and test certificates.
- Conduct visual, dimensional, and physical inspections using standard measuring instruments.
- Prepare and maintain Incoming Inspection Reports (IIR).
- Approve, reject, or hold incoming materials based on inspection results.
- Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) for rejected materials and coordinate with QA and Purchase departments.
- Ensure proper identification, segregation, and status labeling of accepted and rejected materials.
- Maintain inspection records and documentation as per company procedures and ISO 13485 requirements.
- Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, Production, and QA departments for timely material inspection and release.
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management System (QMS), SOPs, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Participate in internal audits and quality improvement activities.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline in the inspection area.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical, Biomedical, Production, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
OR
- B.Sc. in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 0–5 years of experience in Incoming Quality Control (IQC), Raw Material Inspection, or Quality Control.
- Experience in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Manufacturing Industry will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Quality Control and Incoming Inspection.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
- Basic understanding of ISO 13485 and Good Documentation Practices (Preferred).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel & Word).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
Salary
As per company standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
