About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Store Incharge to manage inventory, stock movement, and store operations for a leading organization in the Food & Beverage industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory control, timely material issuance, and efficient store management practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations and inventory control.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports.
- Ensure timely issuance of materials to various departments.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requirements.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and inventory audits.
- Maintain proper documentation of inward and outward stock movements.
- Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for material planning.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of food and non-food inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the store area.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Store Incharge, Store Executive, or Inventory Controller.
- Experience in the Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Catering, Hotel, or Restaurant industry preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and stock control procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling food inventory, consumables, and kitchen supplies.
- Understanding of FIFO, stock rotation, and inventory reconciliation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
