Profile: Sales Coordinator-Manufacturing-Surat-3.6 LPA
Experience:
- Experience in lead generation, customer follow-up, or marketing coordination
- Exposure to CRM tools and digital marketing activities preferred
- Experience in industrial, infrastructure, construction, manufacturing, or B2B industries will be an advantage
Salary Range: 20k to 30k
Roles:
- Connect with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels
- Follow up on leads generated through Meta Ads and company marketing campaigns
- Qualify and nurture leads until successful handover to the Sales Executive
- Schedule meetings between prospective clients and the sales team
- Share brochures, presentations, product catalogs, and marketing materials with clients
- Maintain regular follow-ups and build strong customer relationships
- Update lead status, customer interactions, and follow-up records in CRM
- Support digital marketing and lead generation activities
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for smooth lead conversion
- Prepare daily MIS reports, call logs, and lead tracking reports
Qualification:
- MBA in Marketing (Preferred) or Bachelor//'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in Lead Generation, Marketing Coordination, Inside Sales, CRM Management, or B2B Calling
