- Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with jewellery retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and corporate clients.
- Generate leads through exhibitions, trade shows, networking, and market research.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Develop strategies for market expansion and customer acquisition.
- Coordinate with production, merchandising, and design teams to meet client requirements.
- Handle client presentations, product demonstrations, pricing negotiations, and order closures.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the jewellery sector.
- Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.
- Promote the company’s jewellery collections through online and offline channels.
- Travel for client meetings, exhibitions, and business development activities when required.
