1. Role: To manage financial planning, analysis, cost control, cash flow, and risk management by ensuring effective control of financial statements and providing accurate insights to support management decision-making.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Clear understanding of each line item of:
- Balance Sheet
- P&L
- Cash Flow
- Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Budgeting activities.
- Overseeing forecasting.
- Measuring financial performance against budgets.
- Cash Flow & Capital Management
- Cost Control & Profitability Management
- Risk Management
- Working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
To manage financial planning, analysis, cost control, cash flow, and risk management by ensuring effective control of financial statements and providing accurate insights to support management decision-making.
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA Finance from a premier institute.
- Experience: 12–18 years in manufacturing. Experience in a company that has scaled from ₹100 Cr to ₹500 Cr+ is highly preferred.
