We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive with 2+ years of experience to drive business growth through strategic sales and marketing activities. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, promoting services/products, and supporting overall brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets
- Handle digital and offline marketing activities
- Manage social media promotions and lead generation campaigns
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal creation and client requirements
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare sales reports and performance updates
- Support branding, events, and promotional activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation strategies
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
- Good interpersonal and client-handling skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in B2B sales and client acquisition
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, LinkedIn marketing, and email marketing
