- Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, travel, MICE, and leisure segments
- Generate room bookings, banquet sales, event sales, and long-stay business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and key accounts
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and property tours
