We are looking for a full-time Sustainability Analyst to join our growing team at Labelvera Private Limited in Kochi.
In this role, you will process building assessment data using Uniec and Vabi, two Dutch-based software platforms used for EnergyLabel certification. You will generate sustainability calculations, prepare sustainability recommendations, and help deliver high-quality reports based on standardized building assessment forms. You’ll work closely with our Dutch-based colleagues through online communication to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process completed building assessment forms into Uniec and Vabi software.
- Generate sustainability advice calculations and EnergyLabel certification data.
- Prepare sustainability recommendations and structured reports.
- Ensure accurate data entry and timely report delivery.
- Coordinate with our Dutch-based colleagues.
- Support Scan to BIM related workflows and project tasks when required.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing data.
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Currently residing in Kochi.
- Preferred Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Diploma (Polytechnic) in Civil Engineering. However, candidates with other relevant degrees are also welcome to apply. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with experience in Scan to BIM projects will be given higher priority.
