The Financial Reporting Analyst will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and improving
financial reports, management information systems (MIS), and business performance dashboards
that support strategic decision-making across the organization.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. The successful candidate will work directly with
senior management to monitor financial performance, analyze profitability, develop pricing models,
evaluate business trends, and provide analytical insights that improve operational efficiency and
commercial performance.
The role combines financial reporting, business analytics, commercial finance, and pricing analysis
within the bullion and precious metals industry. The candidate will collaborate closely with
Accounts, Operations, Sales, and Management teams to deliver accurate financial information and
support business planning.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS Reports.
- Analyze profitability across products, customers, and business segments.
- Build and improve financial models and pricing models for silver and gold bullion.
- Monitor key business metrics and prepare management reports.
- Analyze market trends, bullion pricing, and commodity movements to support business decisions.
- Develop dashboards using Microsoft Excel and Business Intelligence tools.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational improvements.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial reports.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes and business
performance.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting, MIS Reporting, and Financial Analysis.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Mandatory).
- Experience in Financial Modelling and Business Analytics.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to interpret financial statements and identify business trends.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar analytical tools is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics,
Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, CFA, or MBA (Finance) are an advantage.
- Experience in the bullion, commodity trading, manufacturing, or financial services industry is
preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
