· Design and develop mechanical components of transformers, ensuring compliance with industry standards governing power, distribution, and special transformers.
· Create detailed mechanical drawings, models, and designs using CAD software.
· Develop tank, cooling system, core clamping, and structural component designs for transformers.
· Ensure mechanical designs meet thermal, dielectric, and structural performance requirements.
· Generate accurate Bills of Material (BOM) for all mechanical components.
· Conduct mechanical stress and thermal analysis for transformer components.
· Collaborate with electrical design teams to ensure alignment between mechanical and electrical specifications.
· Provide technical support to manufacturing, quality, and procurement teams.
· Review and approve mechanical designs, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
· Identify and implement design improvements to enhance reliability, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness.
· Ensure compliance with ISO-9001 Quality Management System (QMS) and other applicable standards.
· Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including production and sales, to support company objectives.
· Mentor and guide junior mechanical engineers and technicians.
· Complete design activities within project deadlines and schedules.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
