Relationship Manager (RM) is responsible for generating health insurance business through assigned bank branches, maintaining customer relationships and achieving sales targets through lead conversion and branch coordination.
1. Sales & Business Development
- Generate health insurance business from assigned bank branches.
- Achieve monthly sales and premium targets.
- Cross-sell health insurance products to bank customers.
- Generate leads through walk-in customers, references and branch database.
- Convert leads into policy sales through effective follow-up.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
