About the Role
Bajaj Foundation is hiring a Telugu-speaking Project Coordinator for a UNICEF YuWaah-supported education programme. The role involves coordinating teacher training workshops, working closely with schools, government stakeholders, facilitators and implementation teams to ensure smooth programme delivery across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and moderate online teacher training workshops.
- Liaise with teachers, facilitators and technical teams for seamless workshop execution.
- Support programme implementation across multiple districts.
- Monitor workshop quality, attendance and participant engagement.
- Manage programme data, documentation and progress reports.
- Coordinate with Project Executives and support day-to-day programme operations.
- Track project timelines, deliverables and reporting requirements.
- Build strong relationships with education stakeholders and government officials.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree (Education, Social Work, Management or related field preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in programme coordination, education, NGO or project management.
- Fluency in Telugu (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace/MS Office.
- Experience in documentation, reporting and data management.
- Own laptop and smartphone.
Preferred
- Experience working with schools, teachers or government education programmes.
- Familiarity with online workshop facilitation.
