Hiring: Java Developer
Location: Ghaziabad (Rajnagar Extension) | First 6 Months Work from Home
Full-Time | Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month | Minimum 3 Years of Experience Required
W*e are looking for a passionate and experienced Java Developer* to join our growing tech team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on experience in Java 8 and Spring Boot, with strong knowledge of Core Java and related backend technologies.
Note:
- Local candidates from the NCR region (Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, etc.) will be given preference.
- First 6 months will be work from home; afterwards, work from our Rajnagar Extension office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Java applications using Spring Boot.
- Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Collaborate with frontend, database, and DevOps teams.
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance.
- Ensure secure coding practices and participate in peer code reviews.
Required Skills:
- Java 8+ – Strong in OOPs, collections, multithreading, and functional programming.
- Spring Boot – Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security.
- REST APIs – Build and consume RESTful web services.
- Database – MySQL/PostgreSQL, Hibernate/JPA.
- Version Control – Git (GitHub/GitLab).
- Testing – JUnit, Mockito.
Added Advantages (Good to Have):
- Python – Experience with scripting, backend frameworks (Django/Flask), or automation.
- AI/ML – Hands-on experience in machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) or data pipelines.
- Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP.
