Architectural BIM Modeler
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated BIM Modeler / Architectural Modeler to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing accurate BIM models, preparing construction documentation, and supporting project teams through various stages of design and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain architectural BIM models and project documentation.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents.
- Create and update Revit models in accordance with project requirements and BIM standards.
- Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, and consultant information.
- Support project teams in design development and technical coordination.
- Conduct model updates and revisions based on project changes and site inputs.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of project deliverables.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in BIM modeling or architectural drafting.
- Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and construction documentation.
- Understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, and building systems.
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple project deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working on multidisciplinary BIM projects.
- Knowledge of BIM coordination and clash detection.
- Basic understanding of 3D visualization and rendering workflows.
