Skills and Qualifications
- Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma, preferably in B.A , B.com, B.Sc, BCA with good focus on English, writing, or communications
- Minimum of 6 months+ relevant industry experience is preferred, Freshers with interest on office administration is also eligible.
- Candidate must posses good English communication skill.
- Good written and verbal communication skills required.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with evolving project requirements and priorities.
- A positive attitude and discipline, willing to jump in and tackle new challenges.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting clients.
- Keeping the reception area tidy.
- Answering and forwarding phone calls.
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
- Answer queries by employees and clients.
- Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages).
- Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.
- Supervise office house keeping and basic office needs purchase.
- Arrange travel and accommodations.
- To assist Operations or Recruitment team if required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
