Job Title: Technical Support Executive – Voice Process
Location: Bengaluru, KA

Shift: Rotational (as per business requirements)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to technical queries and issues
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns regarding products, software, hardware, or services
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions in a clear and professional manner
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams when required
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in CRM/ticketing systems
- Ensure adherence to service quality standards, SLAs, and performance metrics
- Provide product and service information to customers as needed
- Follow company processes, compliance guidelines, and communication protocols
- Continuously update technical knowledge to effectively support customers
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any Graduate
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
- Good listening skills with a customer-centric approach
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, operating systems, internet troubleshooting, and MS Office
- Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, or helpdesk software is an added advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer interactions
- Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn
Preferred Technical Knowledge
- Basic understanding of hardware, software, networking, and internet connectivity issues
- Knowledge of Windows OS, mobile devices, and common troubleshooting techniques
- Experience in technical support, helpdesk, IT support, or customer service is a plus
Experience
- Candidates with prior experience in Technical Support, IT Helpdesk, Customer Service, BPO, or Voice Process roles will be preferred
