Job Title: HR Executive

Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 (in-hand)
Job Summary:
The HR Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations at Detailing Bull, including recruitment, employee coordination, and HR administration. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple HR functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments.
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
2. Employee Onboarding & Documentation
- Manage joining formalities and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
- Maintain employee records, documents, and HR databases.
- Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new employees.
3. HR Operations & Employee Management
- Handle day-to-day HR activities and employee queries.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee data.
- Support performance management processes and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance.
4. Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain recruitment trackers and HR reports.
- Coordinate with different departments for manpower planning.
- Ensure timely updates and communication across teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR (freshers with strong skills can be considered).
- Knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
