Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and manage fire protection and electronic security projects from initiation to completion. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, execution, resource management, client coordination, and ensuring timely delivery within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor project activities.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
- Prepare project schedules and monitor progress.
- Manage manpower, materials, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Monitor project costs and control budgets.
- Conduct project review meetings and submit progress reports.
- Resolve project-related issues and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with procurement and finance teams for project requirements.
- Ensure documentation and project handover processes are completed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- 8–15 years of experience in project management.
- Experience in Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, ELV, or MEP projects preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and client handling abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
Salary
CTC: ₹4.5 LPA – ₹8 LPA (Negotiable based on experience)
