Finance Manager

Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Finance Manager to join our Accounts Advisory Firm in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have a strong accounting background, experience working in a CA/Accounts Firm, and the ability to independently manage client accounting and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting and financial operations for multiple clients.
- Review books of accounts and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and review financial statements and MIS reports.
- Ensure timely statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with clients and resolve accounting and finance-related queries.
- Review month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Guide and mentor junior team members.
- Support audit assignments and financial reporting.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal quality processes.
Qualifications
- CA Inter or CMA Qualified (Mandatory)
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in a CA Firm, Accounts Firm, or Accounts Advisory Firm is mandatory.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience handling multiple clients independently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced professional services environment.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹55,000 per month (Based on experience)
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
