Sales Associate – Call-Forward Role
This is a high-intensity, target-driven calling role. Your primary responsibility is to connect with prospective buyers, qualify their intent and drive site visits that contribute directly to revenue.
What You’ll Do
High-Volume Calling:
Complete a minimum of 250 dials every day and maintain strong calling productivity throughout the day.
Lead Qualification:
Speak with prospective buyers and assess their budget, purchase timeline, location preference and financing readiness.
Drive Site Visits:
Convert qualified leads into confirmed site visits and consistently deliver against assigned SV and SVD targets.
Follow-Up Ownership:
Own leads from the first call until the site visit is completed. Follow up aggressively to improve confirmations and show-up rates.
Pipeline Management:
Update every interaction accurately in the CRM and maintain a clean, actionable pipeline.
Revenue Contribution:
This is not only a calling role. Your performance will be measured by the site visits, completed visits and revenue generated from your pipeline.
What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, pre-sales or tele-consulting
- Real estate sales experience is preferred
- Strong Hindi and English communication skills
- Comfortable making 250+ calls daily
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain high energy
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho
- Highly target-driven and motivated by incentives

- Daily and weekly site-visit targets
- Strong site-visit confirmation and completion rates
- Accurate CRM updates
- Consistent contribution toward revenue targets

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
