Role Summary:
The Jewellery Consultant is responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store customer experience by assisting clients with jewellery selection, styling, and purchase decisions while achieving sales targets and upholding Tyaani’s luxury brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage customers, understanding their preferences and occasions
- Assist customers with jewellery selection, styling, and product knowledge
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Support visual merchandising and ensure display standards are met
- Handle customer queries, exchanges, and after-sales service professionally
- Stay updated on product knowledge, collections, and jewellery trends
- Follow store SOPs related to security, inventory, and operations
Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in jewellery or luxury / premium retail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first approach
- Well-groomed, presentable, and confident personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and during festive periods
Preferred:
- Prior experience with fine jewellery, gold, diamond, or luxury brands
- Knowledge of basic jewellery terminology and billing processes
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
