Business Development Executive (BDE) – Commission Based About the Role Strykr Innovations is looking for motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executives (BDEs) to help expand our client network and generate business opportunities. This is a 6-month contract-based, remote, and flexible role with no lock-in period. Your earnings are entirely performance-driven, giving you unlimited growth potential. Your Responsibilities You will identify, approach, and acquire clients who require digital solutions. Potential clients may include startups, small businesses, enterprises, retailers, manufacturers, hospitals, educational institutions, restaurants, NGOs, creators, and other organizations. You will represent and promote Strykr Innovations' services, including: - Website Design & Development - E-commerce Website Development - Mobile Application Development - UI/UX Design - Custom Software Development - Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning Solutions - Business Automation - ERP & CRM Solutions - Cloud-Based Applications - Custom Digital Solutions You may connect with clients online or meet them in person. Any travel or meeting expenses will be your responsibility. Your commission becomes payable only after: 1. The client confirms the project. 2. The client completes the payment. 3. Strykr Innovations successfully delivers the project. Contract Details - Contract Duration: 6 Months - Work Mode: Remote & Flexible - Lock-in Period: None Compensation - Expected Monthly Earnings: ₹30,000 – ₹90,000+ (Performance Based) - Commission: 5%–10% on every successfully completed project. - Commission may increase or decrease based on your performance, consistency, project value, and contribution. - No earning cap – your income depends on the number and value of projects you bring. - High-performing executives will be considered for higher commission slabs, incentives, and long-term opportunities. Requirements - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. - Ability to build relationships and close deals. - Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
