Sales Executive – The SS Realty
Job Summary
The SS Realty is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive property sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about available properties.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
- Negotiate sales terms and assist clients throughout the purchase process.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction processing.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new property developments.
Required Experience
- Freshers are welcome
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
