IT) and Senior System Administrator / DBA (5+ years, ₹7.5–8 LPA) — need real NIC / government e-Governance environment experience, as do the five other Delhi-based government-IT roles below: Business Analyst, Android Developer, iOS Developer, Performance Tester, and QA Tester (₹4.8–8.4 LPA CTC, 3–5+ years, stated degree qualifications).
We are looking for a Performance Tester with 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance and load testing, preferably with experience in large-scale Government or e-Governance projects. You should have a B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, IT or a related field and strong experience in designing and executing performance, load, stress, endurance and scalability testing for large-scale applications. The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise in JMeter, LoadRunner, NeoLoad or Gatling, along with experience in APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Grafana or New Relic, log analysis, system monitoring, database performance, SQL tuning and query optimization. You should have knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP), capacity planning, scalability and disaster recovery, and be able to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across application, database, network and infrastructure layers. Experience with Government IT security standards, MeitY guidelines, GIGW and accessibility requirements will be preferred. CPTP, ISTQB Performance Testing, JMeter/LoadRunner, Agile/Scrum or cloud performance certifications will be an added advantage.
