Qualification - Bachelor Degree in Industrial Safety/ occupational health and safety
Experience - 3-4 years of relevant experience
Job Description:
- To ensure a safe workplace by ensuring all employees follow safe work procedures as per standards.
- Identify workplace hazards related to machine guarding, lockout-tagout (LOTO), and chemical handling.
- Monitor adherence to local and national labor and factory safety acts.
- Conduct root-cause analysis of accidents and near-misses, preparing reports to prevent future recurrences.
- Provide written reports for abnormalities to Top Management.
- Organize emergency evacuation drills.
- Regularly check that manufacturing machinery, fire alarms, and first-aid equipment are fully operational.
- Conduct HSE audits and work on improvement areas.
Skills:
- Should have technical know how in electrical and mechanical fields for doing the root cause analysis of cases reported & advising actions to be taken accordingly.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Detailed knowledge of AIA & HIRA.
- Well versed with all legal compliances as per the new OSH Codes.
- Communication skills to effectively train workers.
- Physically Agile, active and mentally alert to catch potential dangers and prevent incidents/accidents by taking appropriate actions in advance.
- Report EHS statistical data to Top management.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
