We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert leads into potential customers through effective phone conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Explain company products and services professionally.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel sheets.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Handle customer queries politely and provide accurate information.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred.
- Freshers are welcome; experienced candidates will be given preference.
- Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi (English is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Internet).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
