Who You’ll Work With
You will work directly with your engineering team to build and deliver full stack capabilities across frontend applications and backend services, while collaborating with peer teams to ensure seamless interoperability and cohesive system integration. Your focus will be on delivering robust, scalable, and reliable solutions that align with business goals and enable smooth integration across platforms. In this role, you will partner with globally distributed engineering, product, and program teams to maintain an ecosystem of loosely coupled, independently scalable services that meet evolving business needs.
Who We Are Looking For
6+ years of software engineering experience building full stack applications across modern frontend and backend technologies.
Strong experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs using technologies such as Node.js, Java, or similar.
Proven expertise building React applications with TypeScript, including component design, state management, and performance optimization.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and efficient query design.
Strong testing discipline across unit, integration, and end-to-end automation using frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, Mocha, or JUnit.
Solid command of engineering best practices, including Agile delivery, CI/CD, code review, and continuous improvement.
Experience building in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Hands-on experience with Docker, containerized deployments, and CI/CD tooling such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across technical and business teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

You’ll help build the technical foundation for new and existing capabilities that support mission-critical systems across Marketing Communications. You’ll apply your expertise in scalable, highly available distributed systems to deliver world-class solutions that move the business forward.
Main Purpose:
Design effective solutions to well-defined problems with a high degree
Assess well-defined problems and lead the delivery of full stack solutions aligned to business needs and architectural standards.
Translate business and system needs into scalable, reliable technical designs and measurable outcomes.
Lead design discussions and partner across teams to drive alignment and integration.
Build, test, and maintain React applications and backend services that power key platform capabilities.
Design and implement APIs, microservices, and frontend features that connect seamlessly with downstream systems.
Champion scalable, resilient, cloud-native engineering practices across the development lifecycle.
Contribute to clear documentation and knowledge sharing that strengthens team capability and execution.
Share work openly through reviews, demos, and engineering forums to raise quality and accelerate learning.
