Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), etc.
- Manage daily social media activities, including posting schedules and responding to comments/messages
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to keep content relevant
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (ads)
- Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare reports
- Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams
- Maintain brand voice and consistency across all channels
- Handle influencer collaborations and partnerships (in some roles)
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creativity and understanding of digital trends
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop)
- Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
- Analytical mindset (understanding insights and analytics)
- Time management and multitasking ability
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
- Certifications in digital marketing or social media (optional but beneficial)
Experience
- Entry-level to 2–3 years experience in social media or digital marketing roles
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
