Job Description:-
- 0.5-2 years of site execution experience in interior fit-out/finishing works for residential projects (apartments or villas), including hands-on exposure during internship or training
- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural/interior drawings, reflected ceiling plans, and basic MEP interface drawings
- Practical knowledge of interior finishing activities such as false ceiling, tiling, carpentry, painting, and modular furniture installation
- Working proficiency in AutoCAD for taking measurements, checking drawings, and marking minor changes for site use
- Good command of MS Excel and Google Sheets for daily progress tracking, measurement sheets, and basic material reconciliation
- Willingness to be fully site-based in Thane with flexibility to work extended hours/weekends during handover and peak execution periods
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
