Role Overview:
Responsible for generating leads, initiating conversations, booking meetings, and converting businesses into long-term clients for AffixxMedia’s digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and qualify potential business leads
- Reach out through Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, emails, and calls
- Book meetings with interested prospects
- Understand client pain points and business goals
- Pitch digital marketing services confidently
- Follow up consistently with leads
- Maintain lead and sales updates in CRM
- Coordinate with the internal marketing team for proposals and onboarding
- Build strong client relationships for long-term retention
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Confidence in speaking with business owners
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services
- Ability to handle objections and follow-ups
- Good sales mindset and consistency
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and CRM tools

- Experience in sales/business development
- Experience in agency or digital marketing sales
- Lead generation and cold outreach knowledge
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
