Senior Executive – HR & Compliance (Yarn Dyeing Factory)
We are looking for a Senior Executive – HR & Compliance to oversee HR operations and ensure statutory compliance in our yarn dyeing manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance and payroll coordination, maintaining HR records, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, Factory Act, contract labor regulations, and other statutory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 6–8 years of HR experience in a Dyeing Industry
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, PF, ESI, Factory compliance, and statutory audits
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Immediate joiners only preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
