Style Junkiie is looking for a smart, sales-oriented, and customer-focused CRM Campaign & Retention Executive to manage customer engagement campaigns, retention journeys, WhatsApp marketing, and repeat-purchase strategies for our growing fashion brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan & execute CRM campaigns for new arrivals, VIP customers, abandoned carts, dormant customers & festive opportunities
- Manage WhatsApp broadcasts, CRM tools, automated flows & customer journeys
- Coordinate with marketing & creative teams for campaign content and assets
- Track campaign performance, customer engagement & revenue generation
- Maintain CRM campaign calendars, trackers & weekly reports
- Support customer retention and repeat-purchase growth strategies
Skills Required:
- Strong written communication skills
- Knowledge of CRM campaigns & ecommerce retention marketing
- Comfortable with Google Sheets, Shopify & CRM tools
- Organized, detail-oriented & disciplined with follow-ups
- Understanding of fashion/lifestyle customer behaviour preferred
Preferred Experience:
Experience with platforms like Interakt, AiSensy, Zoko, Klaviyo, MoEngage, WebEngage, Shopify, etc. will be an added advantage.
Candidates from fashion, lifestyle, beauty, jewellery, retail, or premium ecommerce brands will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
