Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Jr. Civil Engineer with strong AutoCAD skills to join a premium real estate developer. The candidate will assist with civil engineering drawings, site execution, measurements, quality checks and coordination with contractors and consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and modify civil/architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Assist senior engineers in planning and execution of construction activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants and site teams.
- Review drawings and ensure execution is as per approved plans and specifications.
- Conduct site visits and monitor day-to-day construction activities.
- Assist in measurements, quantity calculations and material requirements.
- Monitor quality of construction work and ensure adherence to project standards.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Maintain project documentation, drawings and site records.
- Ensure compliance with safety and construction procedures.
- Support project progress tracking and timely completion of assigned activities.
Required Skills
✅ Strong knowledge of AutoCAD
✅ Good understanding of civil construction and building drawings
✅ Knowledge of RCC, masonry, finishing and other construction activities
✅ Basic knowledge of quantity estimation and measurements
✅ Good site supervision and coordination skills
✅ Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
✅ Good knowledge of MS Office
✅ Attention to detail and willingness to learn
