We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate will manage front-desk operations, handle communications, and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Manage visitor records and maintain reception area cleanliness.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, customer service representative, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Pay: ₹8,603.17 - ₹24,001.97 per month
