Role Profiles
We are looking for a Lead UI/UX &Web Designerrole who is responsible for designing, coding and modifying websites and managing software UI/UX design and maintenance, from layout to function and according to required specifications. Strive to create visually appealing sites that feature user-friendly design and clear navigation. It may range in designation from Lead Designerto Designer, depending on their previous experiences, designations, roles, educational qualification &understanding of live industry projects.
Key Account abilities
- Design, creation and implementation of high quality, pixel accurate digital graphics.
- Actively contribute in brainstorming, user research, interaction design and visual design sessions.
- To work with design and development team to create and develop mock-ups to establish user interface direction and innovation.
- Working closely with UI programmers to ensure correct functionality and visual fidelity.
- Propose low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes based on Project Requirements.
- Working with marketing team to maintain WordPress websites.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Evaluate emerging technologies.
Competencies & Educational Requirements
- Minimum qualification criteria of being a graduate. Bachelors / Master’s degree in digital marketing or a related field with an added benefit.
- Minimum experience of 2+ years.
