Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive US Healthcare Executive (Calling Profile) with 1–2 years of experience in medical claims and insurance processes. The role involves handling outbound calls to providers for claim follow-ups, ensuring timely resolution, and maintaining productivity and quality as per SLA standards.
Key Responsibility
- Outbound calls to providers for follow ups on outreach for medical claims, records, itemized bills, balance billing, and refunds.
- Manage daily productivity with quality as per SLA compliance
- Handle US client calls and escalations
- Should be flexible with shift timing.
- Having knowledge of ICD & CPT Codes.
- Good understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (US Medical Billing) Provider/Hospital.
Detailed Skill Set Requirements & experience are given below :
- 1-2 years in US healthcare medical claim & insurance-related domain majorly in Calling profile.
- Experience in Outbound calling to providers.
- Proficiency in computer use and typing (minimum 30-35 WPM)
- Strong knowledge of US medical claims processing & US healthcare system
- Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
- Effective verbal and written communication in English.
