- 3D Modeling and Rendering: Create detailed 3D visualizations, 4k renders, and immersive environments.
- Design Development: Collaborate with designers to translate concepts and 2D floor plans into 3D models.
- Lighting and Material Setup: Apply realistic materials, lighting, and textures (e.g., V-Ray/Corona) to enhance realism.
- Client Presentations: Prepare visual aids and presentations to showcase designs.
- Site Coordination: Sometimes required to conduct on-site visits for measurements.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure technical accuracy
- Must provide high quality renders
