About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Printer Engineer to join our technical support and services team (Field). The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience minimum 10 years with a range of printers—laser, inkjet, thermal, wide-format, and multifunction devices—and will be responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of printers across our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and network various types of printers and MFDs (Multifunction Devices)
Perform preventive maintenance and respond to hardware and software printer issues
Diagnose and repair (Card and component level) printer malfunctions (mechanical, electronics , or software) of HP ,CANON, KAYOSERA, EPSON ,BROTHER ETC. A4 A3 MONO an& COLOR LASER INKJET etc. Printers and MFPs.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
