Accounts Manager – Job Description (Short)
Position: Accounts Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS reports.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and expenses.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger verification.
- Coordinate audits and maintain financial records.
- Supervise the accounts team and support management with financial analysis.
Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or related qualification.
- 3–8 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
Skills Required
- Accounting & Bookkeeping
- GST, TDS, and Statutory Compliance
- Tally ERP / Accounting Software
- MS Excel & Reporting
- Analytical and Leadership Skills
