Position: Private Chef (Live-out)
Location: Vasant Vihar, New Delhi
Reporting Time: 9:00 AM onwards
Salary: Starting from 65,000 per month

- Prepare fresh daily meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Plan and prepare a variety of international cuisines for breakfast and dinner.
- Prepare wholesome Indian meals for lunch.
- Plan weekly menus in consultation with the family.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene.
- Source, manage, and maintain fresh ingredients and kitchen inventory.
- Ensure proper food storage, stock rotation, and minimal wastage.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and cooking equipment.
- Adapt meals according to the family's dietary preferences and nutritional requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with other household staff when required.
- Prior experience as a Private Chef in a residence or with reputed hospitality establishments.
- Strong expertise in Indian and international cuisines.
- Ability to independently plan and execute daily menus.
- Excellent knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen management.
- Strong organisational and inventory management skills.
- Professional, well-groomed, and service-oriented personality.
- Good communication skills with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Experience working in luxury residences, family offices, UHNW households, boutique hotels, or five-star hotels.
- Proven ability to prepare multi-cuisine meals with excellent presentation and consistency.
