Role Summary
We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and service-oriented individuals to join our Food & Beverage team as a Steward/Stewardess. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional dining experiences by providing prompt and courteous service while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them efficiently.
- Ensure tables are set up, cleaned, and maintained as per brand standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, service areas, and equipment.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team to ensure timely service.
- Handle guest requests and resolve basic concerns promptly.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
- Assist in setting up buffet, banquet, and special events when required.
- Ensure proper handling of crockery, cutlery, and glassware.
- Support the team in achieving departmental service and guest satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management is preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in a hotel or restaurant will be an added advantage.
