The role will focus on identifying, engaging, and onboarding linguists, language experts, and subject matter specialists across multiple geographies and languages.What you’ll be working on:
- Freelance and contract hiring End-to-end
- Building and managing talent pipelines within the localization space
Who we’re looking for: TA professionals/Vendor Coordinators from the localization industry
3+ years of relevant experience
Someone who is hands-on, organized, and comfortable managing multiple vendor
Key Skills:
- Strong global sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Experience working with multilingual talent pools
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously
- Strong organizational and database management skills
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
