Job Summary
The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, visitors, company assets, and premises. The role involves monitoring the property, preventing unauthorized access, responding to emergencies, enforcing company policies, and maintaining a safe and secure environment at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
- Control entry and exit of employees, guests, vendors, and visitors as per company procedures.
- Verify identification cards, visitor passes, and vehicle entry where applicable.
- Conduct frisking and baggage checks in accordance with company security protocols.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and promptly report any suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies such as fire alarms, medical incidents, accidents, theft, or disturbances.
- Assist in crowd management during events and peak operational hours.
- Protect company assets from theft, damage, or misuse.
- Conduct regular inspections of fire safety equipment and emergency exits.
- Record daily activities, incidents, and observations in security logs.
- Coordinate with department heads and emergency services whenever required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain discipline, professionalism, and confidentiality while on duty.
- Escort cash movements or valuable assets when assigned.
- Perform any other security-related duties assigned by the Security Supervisor or Management.
Qualifications
- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduation is an added advantage.
- Valid security training certificate (if applicable).
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, casinos, resorts, or commercial establishments is preferred.
- Ex-servicemen or retired defence personnel will be given preference.

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
