We are hiring an Admin Executive for our Civil / Interior to handle day-to-day office administration and coordination activities.
Responsibilities:
- Handle office administration and documentation
- Maintain site petty cash and expense records
- Verify bills, invoices, and payment follow-ups
- Maintain labour attendance and records
- Coordinate with site staff, vendors, and office team
- Maintain material and stock records
- Handle basic accounts and billing support
Requirements:
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word preferred
- Experience in Civil / Interior / Builder office administration preferred
- Candidates with relevant office administration experience can apply
- Educational qualification is not mandatory for experienced candidates
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in nearby areas
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
