Position: Customer Service & Documentation Executive

Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, airlines, and shipping lines
- Handle shipment booking and customer service activities
- Prepare and verify Shipment documents
- Track shipment status and provide timely updates to customers
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth shipment handling
- Maintain shipment records and update DSR on a timely basis
- Respond to customer queries through email and calls
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Any Graduate / Diploma holder can apply
Experience
- Experience in freight forwarding/logistics will be an added advantage
Skills Preferred
- Email drafting and follow-up skills
- Basic understanding of import/export shipment flow
- Quick learner with positive attitude
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
