Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and business applications.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and OS-related issues.
Install and configure local and network printers.
Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook, including mailbox setup and backup/recovery.
Join client systems to the Active Directory domain and perform basic user support.
Assist in troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, and basic network connectivity issues.
Provide remote technical support using Remote Desktop (RDP).
Log, update, and resolve incidents using the ticketing system within SLA.
Perform software installation, driver updates, and system maintenance.
Coordinate with users to ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
Maintain IT asset records and document technical support activities.
