Job Title: MERN Stack Developer
We are seeking a full-stack MERN developer to build and maintain scalable web applications. You will work across frontend (React), backend (Node/Express), and database (MongoDB), collaborating with designers and product teams to deliver high-quality features.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build responsive frontend using React.js, translating UI/UX designs into working interfaces
- Design and implement backend services/APIs using Node.js + Express
- Model and manage data with MongoDB; write efficient queries and data operations
- Collaborate with team members (designers, backend, product) to gather requirements and build features
- Write clean, maintainable code; participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards
- Debug, test and optimize applications for performance, responsiveness and scalability
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js (MERN stack)
- Strong frontend skills: JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, React.js (hooks, state management)
- Backend skills: RESTful API development, server-side logic, database interaction
- Experience with version control (Git), build tools (npm/yarn), and working in a team
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively
Preferred / Nice-to-have:
- Experience with state management libraries (Redux / Context API)
- Understanding of performance optimization, efficient code, and scalable design
- Exposure to CI/CD / cloud deployment or DevOps workflows
- Familiarity with testing (unit/integration) and good development practices

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
