Role: Operations Assistant
Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable and smart Office Assistant to support management, Business Development Executives (BDEs), and daily office operations.
The role involves coordination, follow-ups, basic calling, data handling, student support, and assisting in smooth day-to-day functioning of the institute.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support management and BDE team in daily tasks
· Handle basic calling and enquiry follow-ups
· Maintain student and lead records in Excel/Google Sheets
· Coordinate with students, trainers, and visitors
· Assist in scheduling meetings, counselling sessions, and workshops
· Manage office documents, files, and basic admin work
· Help with WhatsApp communication and data updates
· Support during events, seminars, and admissions activities
· Ensure smooth office coordination and communication
Skills Required
· Good communication skills
· Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, Email, WhatsApp)
· Organized and responsible attitude
· Ability to multitask and coordinate with team members
· Basic English and Hindi speaking skills
· Positive and professional behaviour
Preferred Candidates
· Freshers can apply
· Experience in office coordination, admin work, reception, or telecalling is a plus
· Candidates from education or media background preferred but not mandatory
Location: Andheri west, Mumbai
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
