Hiring: Captain – Service
Location: International Airport, Andheri, Mumbai
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant service operations.
- Lead and guide Stewards and Service Associates to ensure smooth service.
- Welcome guests, take orders, and ensure timely and accurate service.
- Handle guest queries and resolve service-related concerns professionally.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain restaurant SOPs and service standards.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and team management.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1–3 years in restaurant/hospitality service.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of restaurant service operations.
- Candidates with airport, QSR, café, or premium restaurant experience will be preferred.
