Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor responsible for producing high-quality video content for brand communication, marketing campaigns, training materials, and social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling and editing skills, understand short-form digital content trends, and be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup or multi-brand environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and edit videos for brand communication, marketing campaigns, and social media platforms.
- Develop product explainer videos that clearly communicate platform offerings and customer value.
- Produce employee training videos and internal process-related visual content.
- Edit short-form content such as reels, shorts, and promotional clips designed for engagement and reach.
- Create video assets for seller and brand promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with content, design, marketing, sales, and operations teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Manage multiple video editing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Ensure brand consistency in visuals, tone, messaging, and storytelling across all video content.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro; After Effects and motion graphics experience preferred.
- Knowledge of video editing techniques including transitions, subtitles, motion graphics, audio synchronization, and pacing.
- Good understanding of social media trends, content formats, and platform algorithms across Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Ability to create engaging edits with strong hooks, retention strategies, and audience-focused storytelling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup or multi-brand environment.
- Strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and parallel projects effectively.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
